These companies as a groupare engaged in media services which include market research contentoutsourcing multimedia gaming and media education.The group's Media business includes the print titles Dataquest PCQuest Voice&Data BioSpectrum Living Digital DQ Channels India DQWeek (Chennai Delhi and Mumbai). Cyber India On-Line (www.ciol.com) isIndia's largest technology website and includes online editions of allCyberMedia titles. CyberMedia Events the region's largest organizer ofIT events conducts over 100 events every year including BangaloreIT.com Nasscom exhibition IT Kerala Hi-Tech Pune etc. CyberMediaTV develops knowledge-oriented general interest programs on masschannels.

Mr. Pradeep Gupta a first generation entrepreneur along with hisfamily members promoted CyberMedia in 1982. The Group has thefollowing tie-ups:

-Cybermedia (India) Ltd is entering the capital market with a public issue of 28.23 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each. The IPO priced at Rs 60 per share is expected to help the company raise Rs 16.94 crore. The issue opens on May 4 and closes on May 9. Khandwala Securities Ltd are the sole lead managers to the issue.
-Cyber Media has been informed by its Joint Venture Partners Dice Inc partners in the Company's JV Company (Cyber Media-Dice Careers Ltd) that they have been acquired by General Atlantic LLC & Quadrangle Group LLC.
2006
-Cyber Media acquires 49% stake in US-based content services company Publication Services Inc.
2008
- Cyber Media (India) Limited has appointed Ms. Shilpi Gupta Company Secretary as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from April 23 2008 in place of Mr. Krishan Kant Tulshan Executive Director & Compliance Officer.
