Company History: 1983 - Winro Commercial Ltd. was incorporated and promoted by Ashwin Kothari and Harisingh Shyamsukha. It operates in the segments of finance and investment wind farms and power plants.2005 - Mr Jagdish Jhan and Mr Narendra Kumar Jain were re appointed as directors of the company.
- There was an open offer by the company to the shareholders of Saraswati Commercial.
2007 - Company had approved to add new sub-clause No. 51 for business activities relating to commodity market and matter related thereto in the Ancillary Objects (Clause III (B)) of the Memorandum of Association of the company after existing Sub-Clause No 50.
- Company had also approved the authority to borrow sum of money not exceeding to Rs 200 crore under Section 293 (1) (d).
