Company History: The company was incorporated on December 20 1991 as a private limited company and was converted into a public limited company on February 19 1994 and obtained fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name on conversion to Public Limited Company on 13th April 1994. The key success factorforthe company's business is the quality of water. The company has identified the source for natural mineral water in "Dhaula Kuan - Paonta Sahib area District Sirmour Himachal Pradesh and has obtained all necessary permissions and approvals for setting upthe plant to source water as well as to manufacture PET bottles. 2001 - The Board has allotted 60 lakh shares of Rs 10 each at par to the promoter of the company Dr. Dadi Balsara on preferential basis. 2002- Mount Everest Mineral Water Ltd has informed that Mr. Salim Govani and Mr. Vinod Sethi have been inducted in the Board of Directors of the Company as Additional Directors. 2003- -Mount Everest Mineral Water makes Preferential offer 2004 -Appointment of Mr Salim Govani as Managing Director for a period of five years wef October 17 2003. |
