Company History: YEAR EVENTS1988 - Beta Securities Ltd. was incorporated on 29th July in the State of Madhya Pradesh under the name of Dexter Fabricators Pvt. Ltd. The name was changed to Dexter Machines Pvt. Ltd. on 4th April 1990.1994 - The Company's name was changed to Beta Securities Pvt. Ltd. on 19th October and the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company vide Special Resolution passed in its Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 22nd October.
- The other Objects of the Company has been adopted to enable the Company to take up financing/financial services activities by a Special Resolution passed on 30th November by the shareholders.
- The company has received acknowledgement No. 3980/SIA/IMO/94 dated 22/11/94 from the Ministry of Industry New Delhi for manufacturing of Chemical Agricultural Pharmaceutical of Manufacture Engineering Plant & Machinery.
- The Company's manufacturing facilities are situated at Pithampur a Category `C' area. Pithampur is an industrial town 35 kilometres from Indore where the Registered Office of the group is situated.
- The Company is an existing profit making company engaged in the manufacture of industrial machinery trading of goods and exports.
- The Company manufactures (fabricates) storage tanks heat exchangers reactors autoclaves and Mild Steel/Stainless Steel vessels. Besides it takes up turnkey chemical and pharmaceutical projects right from inception to commissioning. It functions from a fully-equipped workshop at Pithampur.
- The Company also undertakes export and trading activities in various products especially textiles and garments.
2000 - The Company has allotted on preferential basis 75 00 000 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 each aggregating 58.39 per cent of the post-issue capital of the company.
