The company has obtained certificate of Commencement of Business on 19th September 1994. The main object of the Company are fully set out in the Memorandum an Articles of Association of the company and also stated elsewhere in this Prospectus. The main object of the Company is as under: To carry on the business of manufacturing processing dealing exporting importing of various types of printing stationery and packing items products goods things matters accessories materials and whether the same are made derived processed prepared or otherwise from any papers card boards sheets rolls reams or others and/or from plastic aluminium strips acrelics fibres PVC or other such and similar or supplementary or substitutes for any use/uses in India or abroad and import and export business in the said such products goods items alongwith related incidental connected services jobs consultancy technologies managements agents activities thereof or otherwise."
