Company History: Adarsh Plant Protect Limited the Company was incorporated on 18th June 1992 as a Public Limited Company and has obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 18th November 1992. On 20th December 1993 the Company took over the asset of M/s. Kaival Agro Products aPartnership Firm manufacturing and trading in Plant Protection Equipment for the last nine years under the name `KAIVAL' at its factory located at Plot No. 119/D GIDC Anand. The products are well accepted in the market. The Company now proposes to take up expansion of its existing manufacturing facilities at the Plot No. 1703 & 1704 at GIDC Industrial Area Anand where it propose to install the additional capacity as mentioned below.
