Company History: History Main Objects and Present Business of the Company DUCK TARPAULINS LIMITED was incorporated on 20th October 1992 as a Public Limited Company and obtained Commencement of Business Certificate on 30th March 1993 with the object of manufacturing P.E. Tarpaulins and Allied Products. The Company was promoted by Velji Mulchand Thakkar and his sons alongwith their associates and family members. In early1993 it was decided by the Board to set up the Project. In June 1993 land admeasuring 6479.50 sq.mts. was acquired at Por Ramangamdi Dist. Baroda Gujarat for the Project. The Company is presently in the process of implementing the Project. |
