Company History: YEAR EVENTS1992 - Hitechi Jewellery Industries Ltd. was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 9th June and obtained the commencement of business certificate on 19th June. - The Company is setting up facilities for manufacture of imitation jewellery and allied fancy ornaments with an installed capacity of 100 M.T. per annum at its factory premises located at Village Ral Bhayander (West) Dist. Thane.
- The Company has been promoted by Shri. Narendra C. Soni. The Company does not have any subsidiary Companies.
1996 - Moreover keeping in view the changing tastes and preferences of the consumers new designs for a large variety of imitation jewellery items were developed by the company's in-house Design Development centre at Sanjan.
1998 - The Company has during the year introduced various high finish products.
2000 - The Company has entered into agreements with NSDL and CDSL for dematerialisation of equity shares.
