- IT has more specifically acquired irrevocable long term licences on lands tied-up technology and buy-back agreements with world leaders in Horticulture and Fruit Processing and part implemented its projects. It has also achieved commercial production of Strawberries exported Grapes to U.K. Germany Dubai and Kuwait and acquired a large scale high value teak and rosewood plantation project in District Raigad Maharashtra State.

1994 - The Company has acquired additional land necessary for the purpose of the expansion phase in respect of grape cultivation.

- The Company has entered into a technical collaboration with M/s. Impianti Brevitti Servizi S.R.L. which is a part of the Enrico Giotto Group of Italy.

1996 - The Company obtained permission to set up a wholly owned subsidiary at Jabel Ali free trade zone in Dubai. The project is to set up a fruit processing plant and marketing the produce in the GCC countries.

- The Company launched the products of its food processing unit under the brand name of 'Hollywood Delight'. 1998 - During the year under review NAVDHARA FINANCE & INVESTMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

1999 - The Company had entered into Joint Venture Agreement with M.M.T.C. Limited on 25th August 1994 for the period of 5 years which has expired on 24th August 1999.

2000 - The ompany has appointed Big Share Services Pvt. Ltd. as its demat transfer agent. The Company has also entered into a tripartite agreement with NSDL.
