Company History: MaxiMaa Systems Ltd. (MSL) was originally floated as Shree Laxmi Furniture Manufacturing Company Pvt. Ltd. with the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad Gujarat vide its certificate of incorporation dated August 3rd 1990. It was then converted to a Public Limited Company and its name was changed to MaxiMaa Systems Ltd on 3rd November 93. Accordingly MSL's hitory begins only on August 3 1990. Since then it has been in the process of implementing it's product manufacturing and selling of steel furniture under the brand name "MaxiMaa". The company has developed new designs for the Storage Systems and have launched this new designs for the Storage Systems and have luanched this new concept of storage systems in Gujarat Territory and have received very good response. Storage systems are made of CRC sheets and are in form of slotted angles and panesl of different specifications and design used for storing inventory materials. At present the company is manufacturing different types of Indutrial Storage Systems Industrial Lockers Cupboards and other steel furniture. The company had taken Distributorship of M/s Gujarat Synthwood Ltd. for the disstribution of the synthwood sheets and profiles and have discontinued the distributorship during 1993. 2004 -Maximaa Systems Ltd has received prestigious and a comprehensive export order and domestic order from M/s. Magnasys Material Handling Bangalore and M/s Birla Cellulosic for Maximaa Steel Storage Systems 2007 - Maximaa Systems Ltd has informed that the Company has received various prestigious and remarkable domestic order from M/s. Ind Swift Ltd. Buddy and M/s. Cadila healthcare Ltd. Ahmedabad which will prove to be highly effective and a positive impact on Company's working. |
