Company History: The company was promoted by Shri Bhikhubhai Nanjibhai Padsala as a private limited company on 15th April 1982 and subsesquently converted into a public limited company on 28th April 1992 with the object to acts builder developer of land and organizers for the development of housing and commercial complexes.
