Company History: Wim Plasts Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 7th October 1988 with Registrar of Companies Maharashtra at Bombay and was converted into a Public Limited Company on 14th July 1993. The Registered Office has been changed from the state of Maharashtra to Union Territory of Daman which has been confirmed by the Company Law Board vide its Order No.170-17-CLB-WR of 1993 dated 15th September 1993which has been registered by the Registrar of Companies Goa Daman & Diu Panaji vide its Certificate No.56-01544 dated 16th March 1994. Though the Company was incorporated in 1988 it was in the process of indentifying a viable project and after a thorough and exhaustive study the project for manufacture of High Fashion Moulded Furniture was conceived in March 1993. 2000 - Wimplast Ltd's Rs 9-crore commercial paper issue has been assigned a `P1' rating by Crisil. |
