Company History: 1973 - International Conveyors Ltd was incorporated in 1973 by two Kolkata based entrepreneurs Mr. R.K. Dabriwala and Mr. Anver Hussain to manufacture conveyor belts. 1979 - The company started commercial production in Aurangabad plant. 2003 - The Board of directors of the company had decided to buy back 15% of issued share like 360000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price not exceeding Rs 30 per share. 2008 - The board of the company on 29th February 2008 had approved the issue of 9 75 000 convertible warrants of Rs 10 each convertible into equity shares of Rs 10 each on preferential basis. - Further the board had decided to increase the authorized capital of Rs 3 crore to Rs 5 crore. |
