Company History: The company was incorporated on 9th March 1992 and it was converted into a public limited company on 13th March 1992. The company is engaged in implementing a project of producing cutflowers like Roses Strawberries Tissue culture plantlets and Hybrid vegetable seeds. The company has acquired 64700 sq. mtrs. of land. The company has installed five Greenhouses and plantation in these greenhouses in complete and the first export consignment is expected in Feb 1994. A pilot tissue culture laboratory is also complete and the protocol to be used in manufacture of tissue culture plantlets is being perfected. The company has also started marketing and distribution and extensive field demonstrations of hybrid vegetable seeds manufactured by HOECHST India Ltd. |
