Company History: Druckgrafen India Ltd (DIL) was incorporated as a public limited company on 23rd January 1986 under the name and style of United General Finance Ltd. Subsequently its name was changed to Untied Druckgragen Ltd on 5th Sept. 1986 and the name was further changed to the present one on 12th October 1989. The company was promoted in the assisted sector in 1986 and set up in 1988 an integrated Hi-Tech Printing Press at Village Gholumajhra Distt. Patiala Punjab a notified backward area with an installed capacity of 314 lakh impressions per annum. The Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd and Industrial Financial Corporation of India have also participated in Company's equity to meet the gap in the promoters resources. The Company started its printing operations in the year 1989-90. It is presently in the business of high speed security printing of Bank cheques Demand drafts Bus tickets Govt. Security Forms Lottery tickets catalogues Brochures Pamphlets Books posters share certificates Annual Reports labels etc. |
