Company History: Chain Impex Ltd. was incorporated as a public limited company on 18th September 1981 under the companies Act with the main object of carrying on investment financing and otehr allied activities. Subsequently as per a special resolution passsed in the Annual General Meeting held on 14th September 1992 the main objects of the company was modified as to carry on the business of coal washery. The company is promoted by the House of Jalans of Dhanbhad who have extensive eperience in coal industry as owners of coal mines. The Group owned other profitably managed companies like Kuardi Coal Company Ltd and West Bengal Mining Company Hindustan Malleables & Forgings Ltd and Premium Industries Ltd. The company's coal washery is proposed to be installed at Village Deoli at Dhanbhad with an installed capacity of 200 000 TPA. |
