The Company is a dealer for Fiat cars and trucks Medows diesel engines Airtemp and Premier room air-conditioners and spare parts and accessories thereof. The Company maintains workshops for repairing and servicing these products. The Company also holds a number of agencies.1924 - 1 500 shares forfeited. Capital of the Company reduced.
1948 - During 1925-1948 9 500 Bonus shares issued in prop. 1:3.
1949 - 19 000 Bonus shares issued in prop. 1:2.
1957 - In Nov. 1956 23 000 Rights shares issued at par in prop. 2:5.
1967 - Issued 20 000 Bonus shares in the proportion 1:4.
1989 - During the year diesel engine cars exclusively for the metered taxi and tourist taxi trades were introduced.
1998 - The Company has during the year installed integrated software for its financial and inventory operations.
1999 - The Company has signed a M.O.U with another company for allowing it to use the facilities of one of the Service Units owned by the Company.
