U.K. has become wholly owned subsidiary of Scapa Group Ltd. U.K. 2002- Porritts & Spenser (Asia) Ltd has informed that Mr. Avinash Kumar Tiwari Whole Time Director of the Company has resigned and Manoj Kumar Kapoor Vice-President (Operations) and Company has been appointed as the Executive Director of the Company with effect from February 01 2002. 2004 Appoints Mr Manoj Kapoor as the Managing Director of the company -Porritts and Spencer (Asia) (PSA) a part of Voith Paper a group division of the German engineering giant Voith AG has been awarded the ISO 18000 certificate for occupational health and safety management practices followed at its plant in Faridabad |
