Company History: The Company was incorporated on 28th June 1989 under the name of MAGNA HOME PRODUCTS PVT. LTD. with the object of manufacturing toilet soaps liquid and solid detergens shampoos toothpaste shaving creams costmetics etc. Subsequently the company was converted into a Public Limited Company on 7th February 1992. In order to reflut the nature of the proposed activiites of the Company the original name of the Company was changed to MAGNA INDUSTRIES AND EXPORTS LIMITED on 8th October 1992. The Company is manufacturing detergent powder detergent cake and liquid detergent in the existing rented factory at Vapi whereas other products like toothpaste and toilet soaps are manufactured on job work basis under the Company's brand name. The company has doen test marketing of `SVET' brand detergent powder and detergent cake `GENTLE CARE' liquid detergent `NIIYAM' toothpaste and `ANMOLL' Shikakai soap. All these trade marks have been registered by the Company. |
