Company History: M/s. Emmsons International was originally formed as a partnership firm in the year 1990 and started its international trade with Export of rice and import of Sulphur and fertilizers. It has been continuously expanding its range of products. Emmsons International Limited wasincorporated as a Public Limited company on 15th April 1993 with an object to take over of the business of M/s. Emmsons International a partnership firm on going concern basis. The company received the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 11th June 1993. The company took over the business of the firm w.e.f. 7th Sept. 1994. The company today is one of the major importers of Sulphur and fertilizers and its present product range includes the following: 1. Rice - Exports 2. Di-Ammonia Phosphate (DAP) Fertilizers - Imports3. Sulphur - Imports4. SSP Fertilizers - Distribution/ Local marketing. The promoters have been one of the major rice procurement agent since 1974 and one of their concerns M/s. Emmsons Exports has also been exporting rice in bulk quantities. 2007 -Emmsons International Ltd has appointed Mr. Mohammad Tariq Raza as Additional Director under Section 260 of the Companies Act 1956. |
