Company History: Lahoti Overseas Ltd. was incorporated in the State ofMaharashtra with the name of LAHOTI OVERSEAS PVT. LTD. on24th April 1995 tinder the Companies Act 1956.Subsequently the Company has been converted into PublicLimited Company by passing a Special Resolution on 26thApril 1995 and obtained fresh Certificate of Incorporationdated 29th May 1995 from the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Bombay.The Company was promoted by Shri Umesh Lahoti with theobject of taking over as a going concern the business ofthe erstwhile Partnership Firm M/s. LAHOTI EXPORTS (aMerchant Exporter) including all the assets andliabilities.
M/S. LAHOTI EXPORTS was set up in 1990 by Shri Ujwal Lahotiand Shri Umesh Lahoti as a Partnership Firm with the objectof export of cotton yarns. Initially the firm's turnoverconsisted mainly of exports on commission basis with only asmall proportion of direct exports and later on it startedexports directly to have a better return on investment. Thefirm's turnover has shown an impressive growth from Rs.3.19 Lacs in 1991-92 to Rs. 2473.79 Lacs in the year1994-95.
LAHOTI EXPORTS is engaged in the export of cotton yarns ofvarious counts. The firm carried Out its export andmanagement from Bombay Office 307 Arun Chambers TardeoRoad Bombay - 400 034. The firm carried out its purchaseoperation from its head office at 57 Guruwar Peth Karad -415 110 a Cotton Spinning Mill area.

- Lahoti Overseas Ltd has been selected for Awards by Federation of Indian Export Organization (FIEO) & The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL) which are the export promotion bodies sponsored by the Government of India.
2005
-Delist securities from The Stock Exchange - Ahmedabad w.e.f. March 18 2005 and from Pune Stock Exchange Ltd w.e.f. March 14 2005.
