1966 - 10 212 Bonus shares issued in prop. 1:5.
1970 - 10 212 Bonus shares issued in prop. 1:6.
1972 - The name was changed from Ford Automobile (India) Ltd. to United Motors (India) Ltd.
1979 - As per the Scheme members of Gofte Engineering & Metals Ltd. were allotted 1 28 000 equity shares of Rs 20 each of the Company as under: 4 equity shares of the Company for every equity share of Rs 100 each of Gogte Engineering & Metals Ltd. and 2 equity shares of the Company for every equity share of Rs 100 each (Rs 50 paid-up) of Gogte Engineering & Metals Ltd.
1995 - 3 98 968 Bonus equity shares issued in prop. 1:1.
