Company History: 1986 - Company was incorporated.2006 - On 31st March Mr. Ashish D Jaipuria was appointed as the managing director for a period of five years and Smt. Kirti D Jaipuria was reappointed as director of the Company.
- Further Smt. Kirti D Jaipuria was appointed as a whole-time director for a period of five years on remuneration.
2007 - Kiduja India Ltd had decided to shift its Registered Office from '113-C Mittal Tower Nariman Point Mumbai' to '127-B Mittal Tower Nariman Point Mumbai' with effect from August 31 2007.
- On 29th September Kiduja Industries Ltd. changed its name to Kiduja India Ltd.
- Board of the company decided to enhance the borrowing power of the company to Rs 1000 Crores according to the section 293(1)(d) of the Companies Act 1956.
- Members of the 21st annual general meeting had approved and adopted the annual accounts of the company for the year ended 31st March 2007.
