Company History: The Company is incorporated as a public limited company on 6th September 1995 and obtained certificate of commencement of business on 14th September 1995 from the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra at Bombay. The Company has its registered office at 17 Milap Appartments Malad (West) Bombay 400 064.The Company is promoted by Garnet Group headed by Mr. Kishan Kumar Kedia alongwith Mr. Arun Kedia and Mr. Sanjay Kedia to undertake the project of manufacturing paper duplex board and other paper products and produces.
PRESENT ACTIVITIES OF THE COMPANY
The Company is promoted with an object of manufacturing of paper paper board duplex board and various related products on large scale basis. The Company presently engaged in the implementation of the project formanufacturing 30TPD of paper duplex board at Taluka Khalapur. It has already purchased land and the site development work is in progress. The Company expects to commence the commercial production by the end of December 1996.

-K Sera Sera Productions Limited has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company duly convened on June 30 2008 has considered and taken on record the following matters: 1) Shift in registered office of the Company from "Versova Shree Darshan Co-op Hsg. Soc. Ltd. Plot No. 15 Near Versova Telephone Exchange SVP Nagar Andheri (West) Mumbai- 400 053".
