Company History: The company has been incorporated under the name and style of Welterman International Limited with the registrar of companies Gujarat at Ahmedabad on 13.05.1992 and it obtained certificate of commencement of business on 20.05.1992. Welterman International Limited is promoted by Mr. Kayum Dhanani Mr. Sajid Dhanani and Ms. Shamim Dhanani. The company is in the process of implementing the project to manufacture 18 lakh pairs of leather unit soles.
