Company History: The Company was incorporated on May 2 1989 in the State of Maharashtra as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act 1956. The Company obtained the certificate for the commencement of business on July 28 1989.The Company has been promoted by Mr Uttamchand Jain Mr Bhawar U Jain and Mr Kamal U Jain Mr Uttamchand Jain is a matriculate Mr Bhawar Jain has studied upto S.Y.B.Com and Mr Kamal Jain is a commerce graduate. The promoters have considerable experience in the field of diamond cutting and polishing as well as in import and export of diamonds.
The group consists of several small diamond processing firms whose combined turnover during 1990-91 was over Rs 70 crores. M/s Meera Gems had a turnover of Rs.27.36 crores on a capital of Rs.15.13 lakhs M/s. Abhishek Corporation had a turnover of Rs.23.32 crores on a capital of Rs.8.15 lakhs and M/s. Malli Gems had a turnover of Rs.15.62 crores on a capital of Rs.4.64 lakhs.

2008- Flawless Diamond India Ltd has informed that the Company has received order worth Rs 380 Million for it's newly launched series of Designer Diamond Jewellery namely "AUM Star AUM Exquisite & AUM Bridal". This order has to be executed within 3 months.
