Company History: YEAR EVENTS1987 - The Company was incorporated on the 27th May as Fidelity Containers Limited and subsequently its name was changed to Fidelity Industries Limited on 31st March 1993. - Fidelity Industries Limited formely known as Fidelity Containers Limited is a company promoted by members of the TVS family and is part of the Fidelity Group. Other prominent companies in the group are Fidelity Finance Limited and Tribology India Limited. - The Company operates through two divisions Shree Products (the Pharmaceutical Closures division) is located in the Industrial belt of Pimpri Pune Fidelity Industrial Tyres division is a 100% EOU located in the Madras Export Processing Zone.
2000 - The Company has decided to issue number of equity shares on preferential basis at a price to be arrived at as per the SEBI guidelines to promoters and their associates to the tune of Rs. 40 crores including premium.
- The Company has allotted 40 02 700 No. of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 35/- per share on preferential basis to promoters and their associates.
- The Company issue of around 88 88 900 No. of equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a premiumof Rs. 35 per share on preferential basis to the promoters and their associates.
