Company History: The Company was incorporated on the 28th June 1976 and obtained the certificate of commencement of business on the 11th August 1976. The company commenced commercial production of hydraulic equipments in 1978 in technical and financial collaboration with Yuken Kogyo Company limited Japan who is holding a 40% stake in the equity. In 1980 the company embarked upon an indigenisation programme and in 1986 acquired facilities for producing intricate iron castings required for its Hydraulic Division. The company presently manufactures a wide range of Hydraulic Equipments such as Pumps Valves Cylinders Accumulators and Power Packs. |
