Company History: The company was incorporated on 24th May 1983 and the Certificate of Commencement of Business was obtained on 25th May 1983.It manufactures iron and steel products and steel castings.
The company was promoted by R.A. Bhuraria & B.C.Jain. In 1985 the company established a steel melting plant in the centrally decalred backward area of Kalol in the Panchroahals District in Gujarat.
In 1988-89 despite depressed market conditions which prevailed in the steel industry the performance was satisfactory.
The company also proposed to establish under an expansion programme a unit to provide steel to the forge shop as and when required in desired size and grade as a measure of diversification the company proposed to set up a seperate plant for ferro alloys at Meghanagar in District Jhabha of Madhya Pradesh.
