Company History: EVENTS1994 - The Company has been incorporated on 29th June in the National Capital Territory of Delhi for manufacturing of SMT Boards with an installed capacity of 58 116 000 placement per annum at Electronic City Gurgaon Haryana and obtained its certificate of Commencement of Business on 23rd August 1994. 1996 - The Company had come out with a Public Issue of 58 00 000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at par aggregating Rs. 560 lace in the month of October. 1997 - The Company has been recommended for ISO 9002 certification by KPMG Peat Marwick LLP - a Quality Registrar. 2000 - X O Tronic was set up as a joint venture between the Talwar family and Astronic of US. - The company has entered into an agreement with Risk Capital & Technology Finance Corporation Ltd to buyback 5 00 000 equity shares held by the latter. - The company has appointed KPMG as its financial consultant to look for a strategic alliance partner. 2003 - Delisting of shares from Delhi Ahmedabad and Madras Stock Exchanges. |
