2000 - The Company has launched five new network laser printers (also called the N series printers).

- Xerox Corp and Compaq Computer Corp formed an alliance to jointly market Xerox desktop printers as part of a broader strategic alliance focusing on small and medium-sized businesses.

Document management company Xerox Modicorp has launched its eight international products - six laser network printers and two multi-function devices - in India.The new printers are Phaser 3121 3420 and 4500 (laser monochromes) and Phaser 6100 7750 and 8400 (colour lasers) and the MFDs are M15 and PE-16e. Xerox has also appointed Ingram Micro as the national distributor of its channel products in the country.
